PriMA allows you to create customized chats between the Mayor, Secretary, Manager, Officer and Operations Team of the Municipality. The application was created with the aim of supporting administrators in dialogue with the sectors of the municipal structure using a dedicated institutional channel. The application manages communications between the various sectors of the institution in weather alert situations and supports the managers in the activation of the Municipal Operations Center. PriMA is designed to speed up and keep track of all communications within the institution. It is possible to create persistent chats that cannot be deleted (for example chats from the Municipal Operations Center) and single or group chats, send notifications to a single person or groups of people, send alerts via push notification and / or email.
